What is Ayurvedic cooking?
Ayurveda is an ancient universal health system, based on the 5 natural elements. These elements are located in us but also around us. Also our senses, OA taste (sweet, Salt, acid, bitter, spicy and astringent) are related. Power supply is one of our basic necessities and therefore the basis for healthy living. Proper nutrition is nutrition what suits you. By here more attention you already wear a large part to balance in your life. In balance with power supply it is the art of the elements (air, ether, fire, water and Earth) first in to experience yourself. You could say that the Ayurveda the & #8216; play of nature elements’ is, which the cosmos (life and harmony) moves.
The workshops are led by Franca Ficchi (Ayurvedic Practitioner) with years of experience in the world of therapy and Ayurvedic wisdom. With her infectious enthusiasm and passion they know anyone to move in bringing the Ayurveda in daily life.
