This autumn we offer a number of times the opportunity to follow a unique introductory weekend, fully catered and includes overnight stay!
The weekends on Friday-Saturday-Sunday (which will be programmed entirely according to the current RIVM guidelines) are accessible to both professionals and anyone who wants to learn to live more consciously, and have especially if you aim to be inspired by the centuries-old life wisdom.
The program consists of the following components:
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Introduction to Massage
- Learn to apply practical Ayurveda
- Ayurvedic cooking
- Yoga and meditation
- Massage giving and receiving
There is a maximum capacity 6 people.
The weekend will be led by Franca Ficchi (Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist, yoga and meditation). With more than 20 years of experience in the world of Ayurveda and massage she knows everyone on enthusiastic way to motivate.
There is an established day program where you can join without obligation. The cost for the full weekend amounts 350 euro p.p. including VAT.
